Please write or speak to the Patient Services Manager, who will be only too pleased to remedy matters if she can. Alternatively should you wish to do so please write to your registered doctor.
We are always pleased to receive suggestions for improving our services. We hope you will never have cause for serious complaint but if you do, we have a complaints procedure aimed at quick resolution of problems.
