Changes to our online services

Doctor telephone consultations

For patients aged 16+, online booking for Doctor telephone consultations, or face-to-face appointments if available, are now bookable via the home page of our new website: marchamroadhealthcentre.co.uk. Bookings open at 7am and are for consultations that day (you are not able to book for future dates). For under 16s, please continue to ring the practice.

We have disabled the use of Patient Access because this is not compatible with our triage system.

We plan to add the option of booking Doctor appointments using the NHS App during 2024. In the meantime, you can use the NHS App for ordering repeat prescriptions and viewing your medical record.

Nurse appointments

We are slowly introducing online booking for Nurse appointments. Patients will be sent a message containing a booking link for a specific appointment type, eg annual reviews, blood tests and blood pressure checks. Important Note: please make sure that you ‘enable notifications’ in your NHS App so you are notified when we send you a booking link. Click here for guidance.
