To login for online services you will need to have re-registered in 2016 for EMIS Patient Access, which replaced your previous login for Vision Online.
If you do not have EMIS Patient Access you should come to the surgery and complete the registration form, bringing with you two forms of ID (one photo ID, i.e. passport or driving licence, and one utility bill showing your name and the address at which you are registered at the practice).
We will then issue you a username and password.
Once you are registered you will be able to use the service to:
- Order your repeat prescriptions
- Make an appointment
- Cancel an appointment
- Change your contact details
- Review your medications and known allergies
