What we do

Have your say!

The Marcham Road Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) works in partnership with the Practice to improve two-way communication between the Practice and its patients. It provides a channel for patients’ suggestions and comments on the range and quality of services and facilities provided by the Practice; as well as making sure that the information provided for patients by the Practice is clear and helpful. We seek the views of Practice patients through direct communication, and occasional surveys, and ensure that as many patients as possible are kept informed about the Practice services, and any planned changes.

We are always keen to welcome new members to the group.  PPG meetings are held at the Practice every two months, at which the PPG and the Practice agree areas for action.  Attendees are also kept informed of local NHS issues.  Members are welcome to attend as many or as few of these meetings as they wish; alternatively, they may prefer to remain in touch by email only.

The group is open to all registered patients of the practice over the age of 16.
