We are always keen to welcome new people to both the face-to-face group and to our e-community.

Non-urgent advice: Please Note

You must be a registered patient of Marcham Road Health Centre to join one of these groups.

Our Purpose

The purpose of a Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided by their practice.

We aim to promote the proactive engagement of patients through the use of our Patient Participation Group and seek the views of practice patients through direct communication and local practice survey. The outcomes of this engagement and the views of our patients can be used to improve the services provided by the practice.

What we do

Have your say!

The Marcham Road Health Centre Patient Participation Group (PPG) works in partnership with the Practice to improve two-way communication between the Practice and its patients. It provides a channel for patients’ suggestions and comments on the range and quality of services and facilities provided by the Practice; as well as making sure that the information provided for patients by the Practice is clear and helpful. We seek the views of Practice patients through direct communication, and occasional surveys, and ensure that as many patients as possible are kept informed about the Practice services, and any planned changes.

We are always keen to welcome new members to the group.

The group is open to all registered patients of the practice over the age of 16.
